ARTIST JAY SHELLS ESTABLISHES THE ‘METROPOLITAN ETIQUETTE AUTHORITY’

Animalnewyork.com: Right on schedule, Jay Shells unveiled all the signs in his latest etiquette project that we briefly mentioned a few weeks ago and started placing them around Manhattan. In addition to the much needed “Pay Attention While Walking” sign he had a few others addressing some of the pet peeves bound to eat away at New Yorkers.
