Urinal etiquette in the smartphone age

Please pardon me for what I am about to bring up, but I’m actually serious. I’m in a men’s room doing my business when someone steps up to the urinal next to me, talking on his cell phone as he proceeds to do his business. Read this article by Peter Post @ boston.com.
