Three-day Masterclass in Protocol

Yesterday the 'Three-day Masterclass in Protocol' ended in Brussels. Fourteen participants were granted a certificate of Protocolbureau and The English Manner. 

The training was given by former Master of Ceremonies Gilbert Monod de Froideville, former Chief of Protocol of the European Parliament François Brunagel, the most renowned Portuguese expert on corporate image and protocol Isabel Amaral, former BBC newsreader Diana Mather and guest teacher ICC-Chief of Protocol Bengt-Arne Hulleman.

The training consisted of several lectures about protocol and the management of high-level events plus a three-course etiquettedinner, a speech coaching session, a practical training in networking and politesse and a real life business case.

The real life business case was the organisation of the book launch at the end of the training on Friday. Gilbert Monod and Mark Verheul presented their new book to 20 Brussels protocol experts. The particpants to the training were responsible for the arrival of the guests, the plenarary programme and the networking function of the meeting.
